Off-Topic • [Off-Topic] Boot Live-Microsoft-Windows-11 by grub or something else (to check CPPC)?

Hello.
I still have problem with halting notebook due overheating.
Stripped output:

Code:

$ sudo journalctl -b 0 -g pstatekernel: Command line: BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-6.8.0-31-generic root=UUID=aabb0622-44e6-48df-b551-a4a49cf313e7 ro noquiet nosplash amd_pstate.shared_mem=1 amd_pstate=passivekernel: amd_pstate: the _CPC object is not present in SBIOS or ACPI disabled
Manufacturer's support people do not want to help.
They only support Microsoft Windows, even I have bought the laptop without OS.
They say, that I can check it [if Core Performance Order (CPPC) is enabled/in supported state] in HWInfo (in Microsoft Windows).
So, I have found live ISO of Microsoft Windows 11.
It contains these files:

Code:

$ file *boot.catalog: dataFirefoxPortable: directorygrldr: DOS executable (COM), start instruction 0xeb3e9000 00000000grldr_cd.bin: DOS/MBR boot sectorlive11.vhd: DOS/MBR boot sector MS-MBR Windows 7 english at offset 0x163 "Invalid partition table" at offset 0x17b "Error loading operating system" at offset 0x19a "Missing operating system", disk signature 0x7cb53a05; partition 1 : ID=0x7, active, start-CHS (0x0,32,33), end-CHS (0x2a,9,63), startsector 2048, 8384512 sectorsmenu.lst: ASCII text

Code:

$ cat menu.lst title Live11find --set-root --ignore-floppies /live11.vhdmap --mem --top /live11.vhd (hd0)map --hookroot (hd0,0)chainloader /bootmgr
Can I boot it from GRUB2? Or by something else? I cannot turn off EFI on the notebook, so I cannot add USB with ISO to boot menu.
