as i do not use plasma or wayland, i just following what you try, plasma-desktop, wayland-wayland-protocols plasma-wayland-session should be
Be aware, this may unistall other packages, just make sure to remember the list, for something that maybe not automatic reinstall, after uninstall, better to follow https://wiki.debian.org/Wayland, https://wayland.freedesktop.org/building.html and https://wiki.debian.org/KDE to reinstall.
