When I run apt-get to update / upgrade I hit a server 199.232.98.132 [debian.map.fastlydns.net] and I can't connect via my isp. I go over to my sisters and try to ping it using her connection and the same thing. We are both using Acentek in a small time. The only way I can update or install is to set up my phone as a hotspot using ATT mobile data and then it works.
I've talked with my ISP and Fastly says it isn't them but they won't do anything if a customer is setting a black list.
Who in the Debian organization do I contact to look into this?
Thanks,
Szumi
