It boots it just doesn't shutdown/restart. I have to power it off with the the power button. Not sure exactly how restart works but it appears it's freezing/stopping during the 'shutdown phase' not the 'booting phase'
The only USB device is a logitech G502 mouse. (On laptop) If I power it off manually then turn it back on and log in then initiate a restart it works, but if I leave it on and use it for a while including closing the lid for a while and coming back I can no longer restart it from the desktop.
I was also getting a message watchdog0 did not stop and it wouldn't restart, now it's giving me the message in the picture.
