This smells like a hardware failure. You might try removing half the RAM to see if anything changes. First run memtest86 for at least 4 passes, overnight even better. If this has any fans inside, make sure they run and aren't blocked by dust accumulation. If you can make it run with cover off, do so and run a desk fan at it to see if it helps any. If you can find a way, make sure the PSU is working up to spec. Otherwise try another if you can. A local PC shop may have a way to check it.
Try opening a RAM monitor window to keep an eye on as time progresses waiting for the two minutes to pass, to ensure something isn't gobbling up RAM at a prodigious rate.
If nothing so far, try appending i915.enable_psr=0 to the Grub kernel line.
Your N5105 is likely too old, but you could try running on Xe driver instead of i915. To do so, add the following to your Grub kernel line: xe.force_probe=4e61 i915.force_probe=!4e61. I have one GPU that was RTM the same quarter as yours. This worked on it, but performance was less than half as good running the glmark2 test. Still, it would be better than crashing, if it works.
Don't try right away to include these cmdline options in grub.cfg or /etc/default/grub - unless one works by testing first. For testing, strike E key at Grub's boot menu, navigate to end of linu line, then append.
