I was just down this path myself
Here is what you are missing:
sudo apt install -t bookworm-backports firmware-iwlwifi
doing this will in turn do an update-initramfs -u at post install of the firmware
Aside: This will also pull down all other firmware packages you have installed as well.
reboot your pc,
You will have a working wifi card along with working bluetooth
