That is odd. In the previous post it clearly shows the kernel module and the driver iwlwifi is loaded to the card in lspci. -v.
Try switching your pcie cards into different slots... If no extra pcie slot , physically take the card out with power plug out of the machine,,reinstall see if the card appears.
Have run tinto some odd doings like this on Dell machines for some reason,,with two network cards in them,,,very recent kernels. one of them being intel wifi card.
