Hello

According to your logs, you are currently using an outdated version of the broadcom-sta-dkms package:
Hi
Thanks for your kind reply:

Code:

$ apt list broadcom-sta-dkmsListing... Donebroadcom-sta-dkms/now 6.30.223.271-17 all [installed,local][/quote]$ apt list '?narrow(?installed, ?not(?origin(Debian)))'Listing... Donebroadcom-sta-dkms/now 6.30.223.271-17 all [installed,local][..]
The versions available in Debian repositories are:

Code:

$ rmadison broadcom-sta-dkmsbroadcom-sta-dkms | 6.30.223.271-10         | oldoldstable/non-free       | allbroadcom-sta-dkms | 6.30.223.271-17~bpo10+1 | buster-backports/non-free   | allbroadcom-sta-dkms | 6.30.223.271-17         | oldstable/non-free          | allbroadcom-sta-dkms | 6.30.223.271-23~bpo11+1 | bullseye-backports/non-free | allbroadcom-sta-dkms | 6.30.223.271-23         | stable/non-free             | allbroadcom-sta-dkms | 6.30.223.271-24         | testing/non-free            | allbroadcom-sta-dkms | 6.30.223.271-24         | unstable/non-free           | all
So, version 6.30.223.271-17 is from Debian Bullseye (11 aka oldstable).

The version released with Debian Bookworm (12.8 aka stable) is 6.30.223.271-23.

Does the package update after the following command ?

Code:

$ sudo apt -t stable install broadcom-sta-dkms
You can also try to verify that the upgrade to Debian Bookworm is complete with the following command:

Code:

$ sudo apt full-upgrade
Hope this helps.
