@oui,
do I understand correctly, you want to have more apps available in your menu launcher, right?
I dont't know how exactly menu programs build a list of app entries. AFAIK, they search $XDG_DATA_DIRS or ~/.local/share/applications and /usr/share/applications. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
It is not an surprise that 'nano', 'mc' and other stricte terminal applications do not register their '.desktop' entries. If you want to have these available in menu launcher, create '.desktop' file that launches the terminal emulator of your choice with a commandline option to execute your application upon startup. There are some articles on the web on this topic. I think that placing this file in ~/.local/share/applications should do the trick.
About 'nemo' file manager - it is surprising for me that is does not appear in your app menu. It should appear as 'Files' (or under the corresponding name in your language). See contents of '/usr/share/applications/nemo.desktop'.
PS. Aww, your English is so hard to understand...
