Off-Topic • [Testing - Trixie] New kernel ignores cpufreq/boost

I use SparkyLinux 8 (Seven-Sisters), which is clone of Debian Testing (Trixie).
I use workaround about overheating in high load, setting /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/boost to 0.
But new kernel Linux 6.12.6-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.12.6-1 (2024-12-21) ignores this value.
How can I find related error messages?
