Good tip for journal access.
This is what I've done now:
1. On boot screen I edited boot line deleting 'quiet' and entering 'nomodeset' to view what's going on,
2. The last entry before hanging up was 'snd_hda_intel ...: no codecs found'. Under BIOS internal sound card was disabled and no other was present,
3. Then I restarted system with ctrl+alt+del and booted from USB Debian 12.8 just downloaded,
4. I examined the journal with journalctl. I found nothing suspicious besides two mounts failings, just /media directory.
