Install xfce4-screensaver if you want to be able to change screen blanking, sleep and locking from XFCE. I'm trying it in Trixie and everything seems to work. Doesn't seem to have the suspend issue that has been present in XFCE for years. At least, I think I've tried every combination of blank/lock suspend/lock and haven't seen it yet. Also seems to be a lot quicker waking up the screen (the Intel issue?).I uninstalled light-locker and the problem is gone for me no more lock screen, all I setup is to turn off the monitor I don't suspend or anything like that but,
everything seems to be working as expected.
Hope this helps
