not relly caninda just stoping bad pepel to know whar i am US USAHere they're letting the high schoolers buy their 64-bit school-issued Chromebooks for $20 when they graduate. Also there are programs here to get capable computers in the hands of those that can't otherwise afford them for free or very little money, and I'm in the US! (Don't know long that'll last, though...)
Surely Canada must have something similar?
