I managed to install PgAdmin4 on my Debian 12 Bookworm system.
Something was wrong with my apt package management system.
I solved the bug in Synaptic package manager.
I didn't do anything special, I probably just updated the apt sources.
Then I saw that I could update the already installed (but not yet startable, not executable) PgAdmin4.
I installed the pgadmin4-web package to a newer version.
I could then successfully run the next command:Of course, I was then able to use PgAdmin4.
