It was already installed from the beginning. I have tried reinstalling the package but same result, with kernel 6.1.0-17 95% of the time Bluetooth disabled and without being able to activate it. But thanks for the idea.
I don't know if it has anything to do with it. The first time I installed Debian 12 it was with everything by default including EXT4 for the file system using DVD installer. On that occasion, everything was working fine and the kernel update to 6.1.0-17 arrived and it was still working (at least I didn't notice it failing). Short later I tried another configuration using Btrfs and the Debian Live installer that came with kernel 6.1.0-15, then it was updated to 6.1.0-16 and everything was fine.
But when I added the security repositories (which were not activated at first) and 6.1.0-17 was installed, then the bluetooth started to fail.
