The disk with label "data" is mounted in /media/kandc/Data1 perhaps because the /media/kandc/data path was already used as a mount point.
You may explore the full listing of block devices with following command, whose output will be stored in the file named list.log:A text editor is required to pan the file left to right keeping the header. You can share it in a follow up post (preserving the format).
