I now have it ... working. Kind of.
I did not change anything for some days, problem still there.
So I added two automatic reboots, one hour apart.
The first one always fails after 15-50 minutes.
The 2nd one seems to go through because I don't get any cron mails for it.
And the server is up and running since many days without me having to use the host tools to boot the virtual machine.
So...
Still no idea, but it kind of works... I just don't want to invest more time currently. But I should.![:-(]( "Sad")
