Is this with network manager?

I am assuming so, desktops have not be modified and the only settings changed are what is exposed in the gui menus.

I believe you need to specify mac address in the UI to manage multiple ethernet interfaces.

Thank you will check that and do some more testing, it breaks very easily so that will be an easy test.
