Hello,
It's not an actual error message, only informational and is harmless so can be ignored. You could try a newer kernel from bookworm-backports as it mentions code to suppress it was introduced in kernel 6.3, but duplicate hashes in the firmware may take a little more time to be removed.

I assume the duplicate hashes are in the EFI blacklist database and will be removed with an EFI firmware update, won't they?
That's where the proper fix would apparently need to occur, but you know what they say about assume. Image may be NSFW.
