Hallo, here I am:
If you don't tell us what it said, we'll have no idea what to do about it.
This is a picture of the screen: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=down ... W_iAK-nuRk
Which I don't read, set 'LANG=C'.

Code:

I don't see any compatible apt repositories for this driver, so I presume you got it from github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce?
You're right! Until now, it has been the only way to have my Realtek card working on Debian and Lubuntu.

Unless you have some specific need to do otherwise, I suggest you use what's included in the Debian kernel modules. rtw88_8821ce is a newer driver intended to replace rtl8821ce... Or so Realtek would have us believe anyway. As usual, their drivers are a complete mess.
I will better check when I'll buy my next pc for sure!!! Anyway, do you suggest to delete the driver that I've taken from the cited repository, and to restore the kernel driver?

Thanks in advance!
