No firmware installed, I suppose. TryAs it seems to have firmware for BCM4366, which maybe will work for BCM4364 as well
I recommend to avoid Broadcom next time as they are overall crappy wireless cards with firmware/drivers of questionable licensing, which makes 'em problematic to get working
