Graphical Environments & Desktops • KDE - stop saving recent files, history, etc.

I managed to find in system settings: recent files - don't remember. Also, clipboard is to set to one slot. I can't figure how to turn off everything recorded. I'm working on secure documents(private letters, etc) that I want no records of working on them or any traces of the files.

I found an app called bleachbit, but it doesn't delete everything.

I need an app or where I can turn off all this recording data, which I never use anyway.
