Testing And Unstable • LTS Kernel on Testing?

I just installed Debian Testing and changed sources.list to point to tesing repos only. If interested details there https://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?t=159639

Now I would like to ask the experts, when I was on EndeavourOS (this is why I thought of Debian testing, I like the idea of a rolling release - that is to make a fresh install only once), there on EndeavourOS though it is rolling release they always suggested users use LTS kernel as it is more stable.

Just to be sure, what do you think for Debian testing, is it OK to install the LTS Kernel? It won't conflict with anything?

If so, how can I install the latest LTS kernel? Would it come from the testing repos or from Bookworm repos? I really hope it is in testing repos so it get updated/upgraded automatically without needing to do anything later. This is the point of my preference to a rolling release.
