I don't think there's an LTS kernel available in Testing right now as a 6.9 kernel was released in Sid a couple days ago and it won't be long before it lands in Testing - Testing is currently on 6.8 and no, you shouldn't install 6.1 or 6.6 from Bookworm ![Smile :)]()
If you want to use an LTS kernel in Testing you're gonna have to wait for another one to be released and then pin it in your package manager so it doesn't get upgraded. Then when the next LTS kernel comes out you remove the pin on the previous kernel and allow the system to install the new one and pin that kernel after it's installed. There are other ways to do it but this one should work for you.
But - Testing is not Endeavour and there's currently no recommendation to use an LTS kernel in Testing.
