labwc is in Testing and Unstable but I'm afraid Bookworm can't meet a couple of the dependencies required to install the Debian package.

From labwc's wiki -
# If you're on Buster or Bookworm, you'll need to get a later version of meson, wayland, wayland-protocols and possibly others.
To be honest, in my opinion labwc isn't quite ready for production. I've been playing with it for the last few months and a couple of things don't work properly - they're not showstoppers, just minor annoyances.

I think the best course would be to wait until Trixie's release and then you can just install it and it works.
