labwc is in Testing and Unstable but I'm afraid Bookworm can't meet a couple of the dependencies required to install the Debian package.

To be honest, in my opinion labwc isn't quite ready for production. I've been playing with it for the last few months and a couple of things don't work properly - they're not showstoppers, just minor annoyances.# If you're on Buster or Bookworm, you'll need to get a later version of meson, wayland, wayland-protocols and possibly others.
